Alex Van Pelt was named quarterbacks coach on Jan. 31, 2026. He spent 2025 as a senior offensive assistant for the Los Angeles Rams after five seasons as offensive coordinator for the New England Patriots (2024) and Cleveland Browns (2020-23), where he worked with Head Coach Kevin Stefanski. In New England he guided rookie Drake Maye to Pro Bowl honors, and in Cleveland the offense produced two of the top-five single-season point totals in franchise history. He was previously quarterbacks coach for the Cincinnati Bengals (2018-19) and spent six seasons with the Green Bay Packers (2012-17), guiding Aaron Rodgers to MVP honors in 2014 and Eddie Lacy to Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2013.
