## Background
Doug Marrone joins the Patriots as offensive line coach after serving as a senior analyst for football strategy at Boston College in 2024. He was previously head coach of the Buffalo Bills (2013-14) and Jacksonville Jaguars (2016-20), reaching the AFC Championship Game with Jacksonville in 2017. Marrone was the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach for the New Orleans Saints from 2006-08, when New Orleans twice led the NFL in total offense and QB Drew Brees won passing titles, and later returned to the Saints as offensive line coach. He also coached the line at Alabama and was head coach at Syracuse (2009-12).

## Scheme & Fantasy Angle
Marrone's offensive lines have anchored high-volume passing offenses (New Orleans) and strong rushing units (Buffalo), making his blocking unit a foundation for the Patriots' offensive output.
