## Background
Two-time Associated Press NFL Coach of the Year, Kevin Stefanski was named head coach of the Atlanta Falcons on Jan. 17, 2026, becoming the 20th head coach in franchise history. He arrived in Atlanta after serving as head coach of the Cleveland Browns and a long tenure as an assistant with the Minnesota Vikings. Stefanski was named AP Coach of the Year in 2020, when he led the Browns to an 11-5 record, their first playoff berth since 2002 and first playoff win since 1994, and again in 2023 when Cleveland finished 11-6. His overall record in Cleveland was 45-56. During his tenure, his teams were consistently among the league's best rushing units, with three top-six finishes in average rush yards per game. Before Cleveland, he spent 14 years at Minnesota, rising from assistant to offensive coordinator under Brad Childress, Leslie Frazier and Mike Zimmer. He played defensive back at the University of Pennsylvania from 2000-04.

## Scheme & Fantasy Angle
Stefanski's offenses have leaned on a strong rushing identity, with his Cleveland teams posting three top-six finishes in rush yards per game — a backdrop that historically supports running back volume.
