## Background
Zak Kuhr joins the Patriots after spending four seasons (2020-23) in various roles under head coach Mike Vrabel with the Tennessee Titans and one season (2024) as a defensive assistant with the New York Giants. With the Titans he worked as an inside linebackers assistant, including a 2022 season in which Tennessee ranked first in the NFL in rushing defense. He first worked with Vrabel as an intern at Ohio State (2011-12), and held a variety of college offensive coaching roles at Texas State, Rutgers and James Madison.
