Bill Callahan

Offensive Line Coach, Atlanta Falcons (ATL).

Quick Facts

Background

Bill Callahan has guided 14 offensive linemen to a total of 35 Pro Bowl selections across 27 years in the NFL, including 24 seasons coaching the offensive line, and was the 2024 PFWA Paul "Dr. Z" Zimmerman Award recipient for lifetime achievement as an NFL assistant. He spent 2024-25 as offensive line coach for the Tennessee Titans following four seasons (2020-23) with the Cleveland Browns, where he coached multiple linemen to All-Pro and Pro Bowl honors. Callahan was head coach of the Oakland Raiders (2002-03) and Nebraska (2004-07), and has held offensive coordinator and line roles with Washington, the Cowboys, Jets and Eagles across a 48-year coaching career.

Scheme & Fantasy Angle

A decorated offensive line coach, Callahan's units have repeatedly produced All-Pro blockers — a foundation that supports both rushing efficiency and quarterback protection for fantasy purposes.
