Mike LaFleur

Mike LaFleur

Head Coach, Arizona Cardinals (ARI).

Quick Facts

Background

LaFleur became an NFL head coach when he was hired by the Cardinals on February 2, 2026, arriving after three seasons (2023-25) as offensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams. He joined Arizona with 12 years of NFL coaching experience with the Rams, Jets (2021-22), 49ers (2017-20), Falcons (2015-16) and Browns (2014), five of those as an offensive coordinator (Jets, Rams). During his three Rams seasons, L.A. won 32 games, made three playoff appearances and earned an NFC West title. His older brother Matt is the head coach of the Green Bay Packers, making them the fourth set of brothers to serve as NFL head coaches.

Scheme & Fantasy Angle

LaFleur comes from the Shanahan/McVay coaching tree, and his 2025 Rams offense led the NFL in points (518), points per game (30.5), passing yards per game and total yards per game. That unit produced an MVP season for QB Matthew Stafford (NFL-best 4,707 yards, 46 TDs), the league reception leader in WR Puka Nacua (129), the TD-reception leader in WR Davante Adams (14) and a 1,252-yard rusher in RB Kyren Williams — a strong fantasy-friendly track record for the Cardinals offense.
