Montgomery VanGorder is in his second overall season with the Philadelphia Eagles, including his first as an offensive assistant/assistant quarterbacks coach, after originally joining the staff in 2025. As an offensive quality control coach in 2025, he supported a unit that paced the NFL in red zone touchdown efficiency (franchise-record 70.5 pct.) and helped Jalen Hurts earn his third Pro Bowl honor. Before the NFL, VanGorder spent six seasons (2019-24) as an offensive quality control coach at Georgia, working primarily with the quarterbacks in 2023-24 and assisting two CFP National Championship-winning teams.
