Background
Was Kansas City's OC from 2018-2022, the four-year peak of the Mahomes/Reid offense (three Super Bowl trips, two wins). Left for Washington as OC in 2023, then went to Chicago as running backs coach in 2025. Rehired by Andy Reid to replace Matt Nagy (who went to Giants).
Scheme and Tendencies
West Coast/Reid-style passing concepts with heavy pre-snap motion and condensed formations. Familiarity with Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and the Chiefs' veteran core should make for a quick transition.
