JAX DaVon Hamilton
NFL defensive tackle. Position: DT. Team: Jacksonville Jaguars.
Quick Facts
- Position: Defensive Tackle
- Team: Jacksonville Jaguars
- Contract Status: Entering contract year (2026)
2026 Outlook
Core anchor of the Jaguars' defense and a key reason they excelled at stopping the run in 2025. However, he enters a contract year and the team has Albert Regis waiting as his heir apparent. If Regis stands out early in the season, Jacksonville may trade Hamilton to acquire a 5th-round pick in 2027 rather than committing to a long-term extension (per 4-players-the-jaguars-could-trade-before-the-2026-nfl-deadline-black-and-teal).
Role / Depth Chart
Starting defensive tackle; defensive anchor.
