Acquired in trade by the Buffalo Bills in the offseason. Moore becomes the clear #1 receiver in an improved Bills offense, relegating Khalil Shakir to secondary status. At OTAs (May 20), head coach Joe Brady cautioned that chemistry between Allen and Moore requires work and won't happen overnight. Brady explained the QB must understand Moore's route timing, speed coming out of breaks, and body language cues. Allen is throwing forced passes in spring to get a feel for how Moore will react; by training camp, these early awkward throws should become natural. Moore's run-after-catch ability means plays will evolve as he and Allen develop timing. A quick Allen throw during 11-on-11 drills showed the kind of short-area passes expected to be staples of the offense—Allen's ball nearly turned Moore completely around, but Moore bobbled and secured it.
