Quick Facts

  • Position: WR
  • Team: LV (Las Vegas Raiders)
  • Draft: 2nd round, 2025 (missed most of rookie offseason due to contract holdout)
  • Bye week: 13

2026 Outlook

Second-round pick (2025) who missed most of his rookie offseason due to contract holdout. Now in a make-or-break 2026 season under new HC Klint Kubiak and OC Andrew Janocko. The Raiders added players to every position group, leaving Bech competing with veteran Tre Tucker and Dont'e Thornton Jr. for WR1 snaps. Kubiak has emphasized competition and notes that Bech is "leading that competition for the moment." Bech must quickly develop into a stat-sheet impact player; the Raiders got minimal production from him last season due to systemic issues, but now "either or both receivers improving, even marginally, in a system that does not need them to do much individually, would be a huge upgrade" (per Raiders' Quest To Become More Competitive Begins Within).

Role / Depth Chart

Competing for WR1 role under new regime. Currently leading the competition vs. Thornton, but both must prove out. Will run alongside Tucker (veteran) and Thornton (physical upside) in a committee receiving core. Kirk Cousins' experience with multiple WR alignments should help deployment, but snap distribution will be the limiting factor.

Injury Status

Healthy.

Open Questions

  • Can Bech overcome his rookie setback (holdout) and solidify the WR1 role under Kubiak?
  • Will the Raiders' three-WR committee limit individual ceiling even if Bech performs well?
