Fourth-round pick in 2023, Miller missed his entire rookie season due to a torn Achilles tendon suffered in preseason. In 2024, he struggled with a 52.0 PFF overall grade but improved significantly in 2025, finishing with a 72.6 overall grade and an 82.8 in run defense despite fewer snaps. His 2025 production earned him the opportunity to start at linebacker for the Jaguars in 2026. With Pro Bowl linebacker Devin Lloyd departing, Miller steps into a lead role as the Jaguars' starting middle linebacker and defensive shot caller.
