Ben Davis is in his second season as the Ravens coaching research engineer, a position that was newly created in 2024. Davis was named a finalist in 2024 for the NFL's Big Data Bowl, an annual analytics contest that explores statistical innovations in football. He joined the NFL after spending three years as a data engineer across McKinsey & Company, Caserta and Lendio, and earlier held various roles at FedEx from 2018-21. Davis graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
