Jake Olson enters his third season with the Texans, serving as the assistant to the coaches and helping with team operations, logistics and scheduling. He most recently served as the assistant athletic director of football operations at Kent State (assuming the role in 2022 after serving as director of football operations from 2019). Earlier he was chief of staff at Yale (2017-18) and held operations roles at Syracuse. A Morris, Illinois native, Olson graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2016 with a degree in sport management.
