Bruce is in his first season with the Colts as defensive quality control coach. He brings nine years of collegiate coaching experience to Indianapolis.

In 2025, Bruce served as the outside linebackers coach at UNLV. The Rebels defense ranked in the top five of the Mountain West in turnovers (24 – second), third down defense (32.9 percent – second) and sacks (30 – tied-third).
