Background

Glenn joins special teams coordinator Larry Izzo and assistant special teams coach Brian Schneider on the special teams staff. Prior to joining the Las Vegas Raiders as their linebackers coach in 2025, Glenn was a member of the Commanders coaching staff in 2024 as a special teams assistant, when Washington ranked No. 3 in the NFL in punt return yardage allowed and No. 2 in kickoff return yardage allowed. Before his first stint with the Commanders, Glenn served as the linebackers coach for the Seattle Seahawks (2018-23) and is entering his 15th year as an NFL coach after twelve consecutive seasons with the Seahawks organization, where he won Super Bowl XLVIII. A native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Glenn was a three-year letterwinner at linebacker at East Stroudsburg University.
