Background

Kaelyn Buskey is in her fourth season as the Ravens assistant strength & conditioning coach, earning a promotion in 2023 after internships with Baltimore's strength & conditioning staff during the 2022 season and 2021 training camp. In her role she assists all sports science, speed, strength training and recovery initiatives, working closely with strength & conditioning coordinator Scott Elliott. Before joining the Ravens she was the performance director at Power Train Sports in Pennsylvania. Buskey graduated from Millersville (PA) University in 2019, where she also played softball.
