Background
Kevin Hartman is in his third season with the Ravens and first as assistant strength and conditioning coach, after serving as an intern for two years (2023-24). He assists all sports science, speed, strength training and recovery initiatives, working closely with strength & conditioning coordinator Scott Elliott. Before Baltimore, Hartman was an assistant performance coach for the Pittsburgh Maulers and New Jersey Generals of the USFL and spent one year at Auburn in a similar role, with earlier internships at Minnesota and Washington. He played offensive line at Augustana University (2016-21), earning first-team All-NSIC honors as a senior.
