Larry Jackson is in his fifth season with the Browns as the team's director of strength and conditioning, after being named to the position on March 12, 2018. He spent the 2017 NFL season as the Los Angeles Chargers' assistant strength and conditioning coach after 19 years at the collegiate level, including serving as Texas A&M's director of football sports performance from 2012-16, where he earned Master Strength and Conditioning Coach status in 2013.
