Rejoined the Packers on Feb. 15, 2025, as senior assistant, his third stint with the team. Is entering his eighth season with Green Bay, having served as an offensive quality control coach (2014-15), wide receivers coach (2016-17), quarterbacks coach (2019) and quarterbacks coach/passing game coordinator (2020-21). Served as an offensive coordinator in the NFL for each of the last three seasons (Chicago, 2022-23; Las Vegas, 2024), helping the Bears rank No. 1 in the NFL in rushing offense (159.2 ypg) in 2022-23 and set a single-season franchise record for rushing yards with 3,014 in 2022. In his first season as passing game coordinator for the Packers in 2020, helped guide an offense that led the league in scoring (31.8 ppg), set an NFL record for red-zone touchdown percentage (80.0 pct., No. 1 in the NFL since 1981) and posted the team's highest third-down percentage since 1970 (49.44 pct.). Tutored QB Aaron Rodgers as he was named NFL Most Valuable Player by The Associated Press in both 2020 and 2021, including a 2020 campaign that saw him lead the league in passer rating (121.5, No. 2 in league history), passing TDs (team-record 48), completion percentage (team-record 70.7 pct.) and INT percentage (0.95 pct.). As offensive coordinator/wide receivers coach at Mississippi State in 2018, helped the Bulldogs rank No. 2 in the SEC in rushing offense (223.6 ypg) and yards per carry (5.66). Coached WR Davante Adams with the Packers in 2016-17, who posted a league-best 22 receiving TDs over those two seasons. Tutored WR Jordy Nelson as he earned AP NFL Comeback Player of the Year in 2016 after leading Green Bay in all three receiving categories with 97 receptions for 1,257 yards (13.0 avg.) and 14 TDs.
