Background

Monty Gibson is in his fifth season as the Browns' assistant strength and conditioning coach, after being named to the position on April 5, 2018. He came to Cleveland with nearly 30 years of coaching experience, the previous 18 spent as a member of the Texas A&M strength and conditioning staff, where he served as a sports performance coach for several Aggie programs.
