Background

Paul Worrilow joined the Browns as a defensive quality control coach in 2026. Prior to joining the Browns, he served as the defensive coordinator at Salesianum High School in Delaware and spent the 2024 season as a defensive assistant with the New York Jets. As a player, Worrilow appeared in 76 games with 52 starts as a linebacker for the Falcons, Lions, Eagles and Jets. A native of Wilmington, Del., he was a key member of the Delaware team that reached the 2010 FCS National Championship game.
