Robert Torres joined the Falcons in September 2024 after two years (2022-24) as director of football applied sports science/strength and conditioning assistant at Texas Tech, where he oversaw the implementation of Catapult GPS systems for the football program. He previously held strength and conditioning roles at Kansas, Minnesota State Mankato and Plex Sports Performance, and began his career as a student assistant at Texas A&M. A native of Richmond, Texas, he is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).
