Background

Spencer Reid enters his third season with the Chiefs in 2025 as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. Reid joined the Chiefs coaching staff in 2023 after spending the 2022 season at Brigham Young University as an assistant strength and conditioning coach before being promoted to interim head strength and conditioning coach in December. Reid had a previous stint with the Chiefs as a strength and conditioning intern for the 2018 and 2019 seasons.
