Background

Stephen Adegoke enters his seventh season of coaching and fourth in the NFL, returning for his third season as the Houston Texans' safeties coach in 2025. He spent the 2022 season as the San Francisco 49ers defensive quality control coach, working alongside current Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans. In 2024 he guided rookie S Calen Bullock to a PFWA All-Rookie Team season with five interceptions. He previously served as a graduate assistant at Michigan (2021) and Florida (2019-20).
