Background

Deron Mayo enters his second season as strength and conditioning coach and his eighth season with the New England Patriots in 2025. He joined the organization in 2018 after playing linebacker for six seasons with the Calgary Stampeders of the CFL, winning a Grey Cup in 2014. He holds a master's degree in high performance sport from the University of Technology-Sydney. His older brother, Jerod Mayo, was a first-round Patriots draft pick in 2008.
