John "Stretch" Streicher joined the Patriots in 2025 as vice president of football operations and strategy after spending a year as game management coordinator under Sean McVay with the Los Angeles Rams. He previously spent six seasons (2018-23) with the Tennessee Titans in various roles on Mike Vrabel's staff, rising from special assistant to the head coach to Director of Football Administration. He began his career working for the Ohio State football team as a student.
